I don't know what browser you're using but there's a known conflict between the latest version of Firefox and the latest version of Flash Player.

I can't seem to play any videos through Firefox at the moment, despite having folllowed Mozilla's instructions about disabling add-ons.

i'm using chrome or safari ...
