The Jameson company does spell it whiskEY. However it can be written either way. whisky, with no E, is the usual Scottish spelling. I do know my whisky/whiskey! Which ever way you spell it, I love drinking it. LOL

We take a tall glass.

A little ice in the bottom.

Fill 4 5ths with Baileys.

Add two large scoops of vanilla ice cream.

Add a cadburys flake and some chockie sprinkles.

Add two cherries (soaked in brandy).


Then we dump the whole damn thing into a half keg of cider and serve with a ladle.

Very cooling on a hot day.
