Judging by the rest of the 'before & afters', Meat has looked after himself well!

Yeah, time has definitely been kind to Meat, he definitely looks the best out of all of them.
Some are absolute shockers.

Whoa!! Meat definitely looks fabulous. (Well, we knew that anyway. ;)) But, comparatively speaking, he's definitely been on the right track. :D

I know he uses GNC vitamins (imo, the absolute best!), and being an avowed non-smoker has perhaps played a role too.

I used to SO have the hots for David Lee Roth; :drool: he didn't age so well.

Bruce Springsteen, on the other hand, looks great. :D Meat does, as well.
