Meat Loaf-Tommy Boyce Connection

Does anybody know the precise nature of the collaboration between Meat and Monkees songwriter Tommy Boyce? Tracks, studios, musicians, duration? I would greatly appreciate knowing exactly what they did together.
Thanks!

Tommy Boyce wrote the song Meat Loaf performed in Atlantic City called Last Train To Clarksville. Much easier that way.

Tommy Boyce wrote the song Meat Loaf's bass player Kasim performed in Atlantic City called Last Train To Clarksville. Much easier that way.
