Unseen Awesome Meat Loaf Photo?

Hey guys
Is it just me or is this a newish meat loaf photo before I've never seen this photo of Meat Loaf Before.

It's fairly newish, it was used in the promotion of HCTB. I've seen it and some similar ones in magazines when the album came out.
