Okay, the rare song threads are over. Now it's time to do the video threads. Let us begin with "Bat Out Of Hell". The video is a typical clip from the 70's, when music videos weren't important, because there were no music channels on TV. It was the time before MTV was founded. Due to this, the promo video to "Bat Out Of Hell" is very simple, but that doesn't mean, that it isn't good. Oh yes, it is good, really good and it is dark. You can see Meat singing and sweating the song and by the way, a few times you can see a motorbike roaring through the misty night on a place that seems to be a graveyard. But you can see this scene only at the beginning and shortly flashing during the vid. The very most of the time, it shows Meat singing and the band in the background. That's all this video is made of.

I give this video a 8. It was the second video, that I have seen from Meat. The first one was I'd Do Anything, and this one is really great.

Yes,it's very simple,but these were the days before people made music videos.Also,is a video of a Meat Loaf performance such a bad thing :wink: .
I love Meat's performance.He really goes for it,holds nothing back.
I really like the way that the clips of the graveyard and the biker and included in the video.Really helps the imagery.

Bat Out Of Hell, is an awesome video! And I'm going to say why. There might be one part in this review that someone might not like, doubt it but what can i say, except for sorry if NE1 think so. 2 words, I'm 16. lol But this is why Bat is such an awesome video.

The opening, where its really dark, and that moonlight with that glow, and that bare tree, gives me an awesome feeling already about the video. I don't know what that building is they show, but something about it is saying, woah. lol, wierd right? Something about that building just makes sence to me, although i don't know what it is. The bike in itself is really cool. Going through the graveyard at night! Scary. Seeing Meat actually sing in this video, with the band behind him. Just at the right camera angles, not far away. Seeing Jimmy at the piano, is neat. Not cool, but neat. Yea it can be cool, cause he's pretty talented. Sorry Incredibly talented!!! And of course the braless girl in the white sleeveless shirt. And that lipstick she has on. Karla right? Karla Devito. The two things wrong with this video. I didn't like how the camera would go right up to the guy racing on the bike, from wheel all the way up to the man's face. I dunno, pretty stupid I guess. And the fact there was no Bat in the video. :( Would of been cool to see some bats fly by the tree, in that moonlight dark scene. In conclusion this video is a 9.95
