A new Gimme Shelter performance

This has just surfaced on Youtube:
YouTube Video
I'm pretty sure it's mislabled, as Aspen, Kasim and Mark are there. This would seem to indicate that another 3 Bats concert was filmed at some point.

Somewhere in the US, WarioLoaf has just :shit: himself!

I still want to hear this song with Patti singing Merry Clayton's part.

It's filmed from the 3 Bats Tour later on in the year of 2007 as you can tell by the stage set change.... Would be interesting to see the whole footage of it.

I like the angle of the camera shoot too :)

Thanks for that, I laughed when meat started shakin dat ass!! lol

Using my powers of deduction (and Kasiminfo.com) I have come to the conclusion that it is from this show:

Saturday 11th August 2007

Meadowbrook Arts Center
Gilford, NH

All Revved Up (part)
If It Ain't Broke, Break It
Out Of The Frying Pan (And Into The Fire)
Life Is A Lemon
You Took The Words Right Outta My Mouth
In The Land Of Pigs (The Butcher Is King)
Anything For Love
Rock 'n' Roll Dreams
Alive (recorded)
Paradise By The Dashboard Light
Bat Out Of Hell
Black Betty
Mercury Blues
Gimme Shelter

The camera angles are all consistent with the footage that was shown on the big screens at the concerts, so I don't think it was necessarily recorded especially.

Further poking about on the bloke's Youtube page suggests he has a thing for this venue, so was possibly involved in the filming process. Therefore it's possible that he may have a personal copy of this show at the very least.

He definitely didn't look well...thankfully his health has improved since then.

Well I messaged the "bloke" and he is being very kind.

More of this show to surface soon.

I see my work here is done.

I wondered about that, too. Meat doesn't look very healthy and his singing could be better but, hey, the guy can dance. Very sexy moves. :D:up: The band is as amazing as usual, a pleasure to watch.

AndyK 18 Nov 2010 22:01

The edit is where Meat introduces the band in that clip he starts to introduce Paul, then it's cut and he ends the introduction to Aspen, the rest of the bands intros have been cut out.
