I'd just like to point out that I didn't actually know the Doode had been banned when I posted this! :lol:

Banned? Why?

I suspect he was expressing an opinion contrary to the one the site or certain members wish to project.

:twisted: The main reason was persistant arguing on the forum concerning something that is based on another site.
Ignoring several warnings in the process.


As you all know, we have a policy that if a fight is started somewhere other than this site, don't bring it here.

As the "dowload the single to get Meat to No 1" effort is not based here, we don't want arguments here between people involved.

I assume the ban is only short term? Doode was a good character to have around here. This place needs balance after all.

Good to hear that R, as A Slice Of English is quite right. Understand the need to stop the forum descending into a brawl though. Not saying that's what the Doode did as I am not sure, just making the point in general.

I respected the lads enthusiasm and I actually agreed with a lot of what he has said over the short time he has been here and I liked his positive outlook. If he doesn't return here after the ban ends, it'll be a shame, IMO.

As another thread ever been started by a mod about a member being banned before? Why not simply delete the relevent posts and put a link to forum rules :shrug:
