Hey I have that problem all the time!!!

I don't ... coz I buy sliced bread and put it in the freezer as soon as I get it home ... then just defrost slices as I need them. In fact, bread defrosts so quickly I usually make my butties for work with the bread still frozen. Bread maintains its freshness and sandwiches stay cool. So not only does it not go bad before I get to the end of the load but it also doesn't go stale either. :cool:
