Meat In Rolling Stone Magazine!!!

Just to let any Aussie fans on here know that Meat is in the current Australian Edition of Rolling Stone magazine. It has Powderfinger on the cover. I nearly missed it, as he's not listed on the cover or in the index.

Do you have further info on the content? I recently read a pretty favorable review of HCTB in the German edition of Rolling Stone. They gave it three stars - which is not bad, considering that it's the Rolling Stone ;) and that the "album of the month" (a Rufus Wainwright CD) got 3 1/2 stars.

Meat must have done the interview with them when he was out here a couple of months ago. I'm sure he will do a similar interview with the US version.

I'll try and upload it, I hope it comes out. There isn't an album review. He basically talks about the new album, how he's an actor and about Bat 3. I'm wondering now if Alive is the song he meant when he said he was singing a song he swore he'd never sing live. He mentions Monster and Alive have no soul and they would never pass his lips ever again. I found that surprising about Alive, as I have always been really moved by that song.

Thank you, Carole. Interesting interview but much talk about negative things and somehow contradictory to what he just posted on another thread (regarding fighting and going through...).
