Running the London Marathon for Mental Health
 

Hi everyone,

I am running the London Marathon in a couple of weeks time in aid of a wonderful charity called Augment (www.augment.org.uk). It is a small local charity (local to me, in Scotland) and does not receive much in the way of funding.
