Second Hand Criminal!

If people have been following the posts re: the release (slow) of CHSIB in New Zealand, you will know that I have not yet seen it in CD shops in Auckland. I have however got my copy direct from Amazon a few weeks ago (and love it).

Anyway, I was looking at one of our CD sites (realgroovy.co.nz) in NZ which sells second hand items and what do I see for sale? None other than a copy of CHSIB. I am absolutley stunned that anyone would by it (perhaps as an import because it is hard to find here) and hock it off so quickly.

Some people have no taste....

Yes, that's a strange one. :?

Could be a good opportunity to pick up a bargain though.

Maybe they deliberately got a copy over from somewhere?

It seems beyond all reason someone would sell it!

Since I don't believe every person is good...

The person in Question could have made a copy of the CD and then sell it again, so he can make good on his expence or...

He/she just didn't like it at all and doesn't want to keep it....

Or it's dammaged.......

Or he/she has two of the same CD....

Or......

Could you have been mistaken?
Real groovy sells secondhand aswell as new CD's.

The only "Couldn't Have Said It Better" album link I saw listed was to new copys of the CD.

CHSIB second hand

Well this one does appear to be second hand, but I've seen new ones on that same site also.

I don't think anyone was trying to make a profit or anything like that, you can't really do that with the exchange rate and freight charges there are in getting the album to NZ.

UK singles and albums have been selling on eBay for some time, and I'm sure people do want to make a modest profit .. but of course if they buy them from the UK, by the time our iniquitous sales tax is deducted, it tends to cover the cost of shipping!!
