Hey all, i was wondering, has Meat ever been considered to star in a Bond movie or sing the title track.

i was going to put Bond but since Bond has to be someone from the U.K i didn't bother. Also i'm hoping to play bond someday and i dont what Meat to get in my way :twisted:

:twisted: I think Meat would be a natural to play a villan,but the sidekick gone bad has already been done by Sean Bean.
What villanous act do you think that Meat should be up to?
I would also like him to do the theme song.

I think if he acts in it ever in any way he will do the theme song. I think if Meat is the villan i think he has got to have been good at some stage so it can be like "Mr. X was head of training in the SAS & SBS for so many years, he was expelled for killing 2 recruits and sabotageing a misson which got the president and primeminister killed, I dont think you should go after him alone he is very dangerous." Something like that and Bond could get the worsed beating in the end fight scene (broken ribs, arm, pelvis, smashed in face etc) and somehow come through but not kill Meat, and then Meat could be like Blofelt and allways crop up, but he would have to die cause someone like that is too dangerous in a bond film, so what suggestions do you suggest for his death?

:twisted: How about a Gulf war gereral who was dishonourably discharged after ordering the execution of prisoners?

Meat would make a hella good Bond villan! Since he is, of course, a Sex God there should also be some sort of ill fated love triangle between ML, Bond and the Bond girl.

I know he's Austrailian but it is part of the common wealth so thats why i reckon he was accepted. Pierce Brosnan is Irish i know but he might as well be british because his british accent is ten times better that his irish :lol:

He should sing the theme song no doubt about it, imagine the power of that song, wow!

Meat makes a great villan but I'm determined to see him in a film where he doesn't die. So what about a recurring villan character like Robbie Coltrane's? I'd love to see Meat take Bond down a peg or two!!
He should also do the theme song...let's face it there's no one better!

Haven't the songs for the Bond films been sung by females? or will someone correct me if I'm wrong :!: I for one would love to hear Meat sing the opening soundtrack :D

Most of the themes have been sung by women,but there have been a few by men.
One's that I can think of at the moment are From Russia With Love,View To A Kill & The Living Daylights.

Tom Jones has sung a couple, the only one I can think of at the moment is Thunderball.

the only james bond film i ever saw all the way thru was GOLDFINGER...and that was the week it came out in the theaters.....sooo..you know how long ago THAT was...lol...

I've just seriously been thinking about Meat as a Bond villan and i read that he was apparently in negotiations to be in "The World is Not Enough" but wasnt because the villan was european. But i seriously think we should some how try to get him in Bond 21 because, well, just imagine Meat kicking the sh*t out of Bond and nearly killing him. So cool. So does anyone have any ideas of how we could get Meat inthere. BTW i dont think production has even started on Bond 21 but i think it will be soon.

It would be fun if Meat could be in Bond film. Even a villan but I don´t want to see him to dye in the end of the film. I´d like to see Meat as a Robbie Coltrain like a villain who help James Bond but still be Bond´s enemy.
