March 30th has House’s crack team searching for a “Simple Explanation,” as guest stars Meatloaf and Colleen Camp play a couple who mysteriously switch places in terms of who is dying.

Thanks Andy! Now i just need some compassionate soul to record it onto a nice dvd for me!:pray::D

AndyK 26 Feb 2009 17:20

Or wait till it's shown on the UK channels. Not sure how far behind we are? House fans ... ?

belladonna-took 26 Feb 2009 17:22

we're talking YEARS i'm sure!

RadioMaster 26 Feb 2009 18:08

wow...that went faster than i thought!

over here it usually takes about a year between a tv episode being recorded and the airing

allrevvedup 26 Feb 2009 20:44

If the Germans didn't have the bad habit of dubbing foreign movies and TV series, it maybe wouldn't take that long. It's especially annoying when it comes to Meat because you'll miss his voice.

You 'll be able to "buy" the episode from Amazon.com after it airs.
Here's the direct link :

Gnash! Only if you're in the US Vicki. Just tried. It's like Rhapsody the music site. Forget it if you're not in the US.

Sorry about that :(

You can buy past episodes over here - I have seen them in the shops. Your patience would just have to stretch a while longer.

Siobhan 27 Feb 2009 21:49

Says on wiki (so obviously not 100% reliable) the series should start in the UK in Autumn 09 but Meat Loaf is in the 20th episode so it'll probably be next year by the time it airs...

RSG 27 Feb 2009 22:26

Will this episode be on Season 5? I have the 4 other seasons on DVD collection. =)

WTF? :wtf: If you have the 4 other seasons on DVD and Meat isn't in any of the episodes then YES he'll be in season 5...FFS

Pud

mszee 28 Feb 2009 02:45

Well, it appears to be somebody is dying anyway...

Dunno what you think of House but this season is going like this:

Start of the show - 8 pm

8:05 pm somebody gets very ill with something very mysterious...

8:05 - 8:50 pm - we're pondering all known to mankind illnesses and take House's insults in stride.

8:50-8:51 pm - somebody says or does something that makes House freeze

8:52 pm - House finds solution and all is/are saved...

If it wasn't for Hugh Laurie...dunno where this show would be now...

MissAsh 28 Feb 2009 13:27

We're way behind in the UK, season five hasn't even started here yet as far as I know but they're on episode 16 in the US.

I've been keeping up to date with season 5 thanks to the wonders of the internet though so I should have a megaupload/similar download link for the episode a day or so after it airs.

belladonna-took 28 Feb 2009 17:29

How do you do that MissAsh??

Pudding 28 Feb 2009 19:43

There's a bucket load of sites on the internet where you can dowload TV programmes soon after they air. If you have a rapidshare account there's more sites to download from than megaupload I find. I'll have downloaded the show about half an hour after it has finished being shown in the US :))

Will it let us UK dwellers do it Pud? And is there anything clever you have to do for your computer to let you download? I've tried downloading Meat concerts from things called torrents before now and only got a tortured scratching noise after waiting 8 hrs...:-)

It appears to be that the big thing in watching new TV shows on computer is "hulu"...we have a bunch of creepy commercials running about it...
