Hi,

There have been a couple of posts on here from people whoa re stressed out. Well, this might help....

Close your eyes,
Picture a forest on a lovely sunny day,
there is a clearing in the forest
through the clearing there is flowing a sparkling river,
the river is gurgling gentle as it flows by
the river has sparklign clear water,
you can clearly see the face of the person whose head you are holding under the water!!!

There, doesn't that feel better!

nah coz I can still see their head and from here it looks like they're not dead yet! :cry:

Sorry Chris, don't work. but i've got a great relax tape!! and that one works real good!!

Believe me I'm very stressed today which is unusal for me - but this is helping a bit posting on here :angry:

Dotster,when i'm stressed i go listen to Life's a Lemon and i want my money Back. Great for relieving stress.alternatively a few hours of soothing Meat Loaf songs always works.
