My Planet Rocks: Meat Loaf

Here's one to definitely tune into!:

MY PLANET ROCKS: MEAT LOAF
Saturday 24th & Tuesday 27th May (6pm)

He's back, chatting to Mark about his favourite tunes, how he started out in bands such as 'Meatloaf Soul' and supported the likes of the Who and Janis Joplin before hitting the big time. He also talks about what happened last year in Newcastle, when he walked off stage and why now, he's ready to roll AGAIN!

"Planet Rock" ... the clue is in the name ;-)

You can listen live via the website (see Diane's link), or DAB radio if you have one, or Sky (channel 0110). Of those, Sky transmit at the highest quality, followed by DAB then the web. It's probably also on cable but I don't know about that.

Follow the original link to the information on "playback", listen to it anytime after it's aired

Siobhan 24 May 2008 00:09

Thanks, unfortunatly I'm on holiday in Ireland with no internet/sky so if someone could upload it like Ross asked it would be greatly appreciated!

And playing charity cricket matches on his days off. Anyone for cricket?

Anyone else think the CCR track he played "Travelling Band" would be a great song for Meat to cover live? I've always loved that song.
