The Missing Stoney and Meatloaf Tour

Appearently according to some sources , Stoney and Meatloaftoured withJ ake Wade and the Soul Searchers, and opened up for Richie Havens, The Who, The Stooges, Bob Seger, Alice Cooper and Rare Earth.

To curiosit, anyone see a SToney and Meatloaf live preformance when they went to see the Who or alice cooper or what not back in the early 70's?

If so, does anyone remember their set list? :|

It must've been a treasure to hear Heavy as Jesus or Who is the Leader Live

I'm sure I've heard from another Alice Cooper fan that Meat + Stoney did indeed open for them in the 70s.

Hence Alice Cooper appearing as himself in Roadie?

It could well be. Shame they've never collaborated on a song.

trivia fans - Alice's band in Roadie is made up of Kasim Sulton, John 'Willie' Wilcox, Roger Powell, and Davey Johnstone, all of whom have played with Meat on either Bat 1 or Dead Ringer. Kas, Willie and Roger were members of Todd's Utopia, and they all played on Bat 1, and Davey's a staple of Elton John's band, and he played on Bad For Good and Dead Ringer.
