Roll Over Beethoven!!!

I really want to hear this, I've heard the live one from the christmas thing but it is supposed to be on the Maxi single of Objects, the one with the mirror on the front that folds out. I looked on mine yesterday and couldn't find it! I thought it might be hidden, but its not!

Can anyone help me with this?!?!

Renegade Angel 02 Aug 2007 14:29

The tracks on objects single are Masculine and Rock N' Roll Dreams both are live versions.

Puritan 02 Aug 2007 14:41

It is on one of the United States versions of the Objects Single

Really? Fantastic, thanks for that!!

*Everyone dives to ebay.com :lmao: *

LucyK! 02 Aug 2007 14:44

If that's the version with the mirror on the cover then I think there's one there...

LucyK! 02 Aug 2007 14:46

What am I on about?! The one with the mirror is there but, as someone has already posted, it doesn't have Roll Over...on it, I must start taking in what I read! :p

Kev 02 Aug 2007 14:58

As it wrong to ask if anyone has this on their computer, seen as its 13 years old now etc :P

LucyK! 02 Aug 2007 15:03

Come on someone...admit it! :p

Kev 02 Aug 2007 15:19

There actually is a valid point there, its not on anything that is for sale at the moment, and should it be for sale (ebay or whatever) its not taking money away from the artist.

I think it should be uploaded for download by someone nice :)

LucyK! 02 Aug 2007 15:43

In a flash of inspiration I've just remember that I have this at home! (which is no good to anyone right now as I'm not there! :p )

I happed to get my paws on a ton of CDs of bootlegs years ago and I'm certain that Roll Over Beethoven is on there...a live recording from the late 80's when he was doing the rock and roll medleys of Johnny B Goode, Blue Suede Shoes etc...

Shall have a search through when I get back

Deb 02 Aug 2007 15:57

Meat did Roll Over Beethoven during 99 in is available on a lot of Boots. Not that I have it on my computer of course :saint:

Puritan 02 Aug 2007 15:58

I admit I have it on my PC (now anyway) and have uploaded it

Unfortunately rules are rules. I don't want to get banned after being a member of this forum since the early days so I can't provide details publically - though privately might conceivably be a different matter if there was such a way

Deb 02 Aug 2007 16:02

If anyone wants the link (to the boot version from '99) feel free to pm me, or if it's ok with one of the mods i'll post it here

Deb

I have been hanging  In fact in more ways than one :? My computer is being very selective in what it decides to hang on lately :(

Evil One 02 Aug 2007 18:59

Come and get it before I'm banned! You've got the RARD from the same CD as I bet most of you haven't heard that either.

Deb 02 Aug 2007 19:52

Sounds like 99 to me. Pretty much the same as the one I have from there, If not identical

Deb 02 Aug 2007 19:55

Take that back, from memory it doesnt sound like 99 ;)

Evil One 02 Aug 2007 20:10

They were both from a concert Meat did in Orlando in '93. The same show that The History Of Meat Loaf Live and the Bat 2 Picture Show come from.

It lasted almost an hour longer than I was expecting, so I hope enough people got it!

allrevvedup 02 Aug 2007 20:31

sounds more like 93 given that the 'never stop rockin' speech was at the end

Kev 03 Aug 2007 11:33

Oh for God sake!!!!!!!!

I started this topic and STILL missed it!!!

Where is the justice in that?!?!

Is the Roll Over Beethoven a live track on the single or studio?
