Nominate Meat for the Birmingham walk of stars!
 

Birmingham are having thier own walk of stars on its busiest street...Broad Street....how cool would it be to get Meats name on it! Ozzy Ozbourne and jasper carrot are the first two on there. All you have to do is click on the link and then go to nominate a star and enter Meat....lets try get him on the favourites list :D

nope thats what i initially thought...but if you read the conditions...you have to have performed there...which Meat has :D

No read the conditions its for stars who have contributed to birmingham, and playing at thier arenas such as NIA, Symphony hall, Brindley Place and NEC count :D...which of course Meat has....many times!

Sorry to put a damper on this but I'm not sure if they're including the NEC in the venues- they're mainly trying to promote the Broad St area Venues. Their web site says "The criteria for nomination is the star(s) must have made a recognisable impact in their specialist category, performed, played or attended in an official capacity, one of Birmingham's major venues, including the International Convention Centre (ICC), National Indoor Arena (NIA), Symphony Hall and Brindleyplace or be originally from the Midlands area."

Meat hasn't played at these venues only the NEC and the old Birmingham Odeon ( many moons ago!) & technically the NEC is in Solihull.
