:twisted: Got a text from Barbara, Jo's mum this morning.

Joanne was rushed into hospital this morning with very bad chest pains.

She's been kept in, but we don't know how long for yet.

I've tried to phone back, and sent a couple of texts, but Barbara will obviously be still in the hospital with Jo, so the mobile will be off.


As you can imagine, i'm worried SICK, and the fact that we are not a few hundred miles closer is not exactly comforting :sad: .

I'll be heading down to London on Monday to go and see her, and i'll post any new news I get from Barbara as soon as I can.

:twisted: Got a text off Jo's mum earlier while I was at work.


Jo is still in hospital, in a lot of pain, and is expected to be in, under close observation, for at least a week so the docs can keep an eye on her.

The docs have taken a chest X ray, and some blood tests.

We expect the results tomorrow.

I'll relay any news here as soon as I can concerning her condition.


Obviously, there's nothing I want more than to be at her side right now, but due to contracted work, I won't be able to be there till Monday.

To be perfectly honest, i'm on the verge of saying screw it all and going down there right now and let the devil take the consequences.

As it stands, i'll be going to see her on Monday, and i'll be sure to pass on your best wishes.

Sending load's of love to you Jo, hope you get better very soon.

Sorry I didn't let you know the news about Jo coming home earlier folks.

Was up till past 8am on Monday morning worrying, heard the news that Jo had been allowed home, went back to sleep, and stayed that way for some time :lol:

Then tonight i've been running round helping the staff out get ready for one of our regulars wives funeral tomorrow.

If that wasn't enough, we also have a visit from the brewery, so it's been a bloody long night (in fact, i've not been to bed yet).



Main thing is that Jo is back home, and making a good recovery.
