OK...this is bunch of crock, of course...

There are standard measures for determining whether the person is drunk...the most common are to touch your nose, to walk the straight line and to take breathalyser test...and so on...

However, if you're stopped on a dark road and nobody is around...what is to stop police from having a "little fun" with you? After all...who you're going to complain to? Police??? It's your word against theirs...

And it can happen in any country...
