CHSIB video on single

tried to view the video for CHSIB from the single, on the computer. windows XP couldnt recognise the file. does any one else have this problem, or know how to access it?

Anyone with XP will have this problem. Email me for a programme and instructions which Vicki has kindly prepared for thistechnical idiot on how to overcome Bill Gates' interference
