Please Help!!

I registered in hope that one of your members can help me track down a photograph of my Son with Meat Loaf which was taken in 1999 by Patti Russo and was apparently published in the Meat Loaf UK Fanclub newsletter.
He is very ill and it would mean the world to him to find that picture as he has never seen it and always described that as the best day of his life.

He never posted to your forum himself because he didn't want to ask anyone for help, but as we don't know how much time has has left and he is no longer well enough to search I am praying you can help.

It was in Birmingham UK March 25th 1999 and my son was a teenager in a wheelchair.

I would be extremely grateful.

Thanks,
Best Wishes.

I hope someone can help you find this. Perhaps one of those who used to help out with the newsletter. Best of luck in your search and to your son

I never saw them, but maybe anyone in the Mod team has the newsletters archived? Perhaps that R. knows where to find them? I hope someone finds it in time...

Does webmaster@mlukfc.com still work? I've sent an email to it (hopefully to R) asking about this issue. No bounce-back so far, so hopefully he or someone will see it in short order.

Yes, that still works.

But I'm afraid I can't help, because I don't have any newsletter copies from before 2000.

I will check again on the weekend though.

Thank you so much for all the support and help so far.
Fingers crossed.

Best Wishes.

I have found some photographs taken in March 1999 in Birmingham. Can you describe the picture you're looking for - is ist a group photo? How old was your son on that day?

retrofatty2020 15 Dec 2019 22:51

Cult of Byron, I cannot thank you enough.
My son is the young man on the right (in the white jacket).
I am going to print it off tomorrow (with some help) and take it to him.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart. xx

R. Thank you for your message. Cult of Bryon found the correct pic.
If you have any others that he doesn't know about that would be amazing also.
He was in a wheelchair and wearing a white jacket.

A massive thank you to everyone who has helped, I am so grateful. xx
