petition on a reissue
 

hi all . i sent an e-mail to bmg records asking them to release bad attitude live on dvd with meats arista promos as bonus clips.

could everyone do the same to help convince arista that a dvd re-issue could be worthwhile

Don't forget to use phrases similar to "imminent release of Bat III" and "increased visibility meaning increased sales" etc etc etc

I have been wondering about this and though my brother recently won me the VCR, they wear so easily and I would absolutely love this on DVD!

There's lot of stuff that should be released on DVD IMO:
The london 1981 concert
The Bad Attitude Live show as you say
The Bat 2 Picture show (there is a lot more stuff recorded from that show, I'm sure! - The snippet you see from Bat out of Hell looks stunning)
The 1995 Beacon theatre show.
+ Countless other TV specials/shows.

Mexico would be good.

It's is alot to ask when they think of money and profit. And also now it is BMG-SONY, the big company who thinks profit. Can't see a re-issue myself for DVD.

Just an idea but could comeone not ask Meat if he can do something about it?? As it is clear that BMG don't want to listen to us, fans, so maybe they will listen the the artist himself!

Why the hell woulds they listen to somebody who hasn't recorded for them for 20 years :??:

the only reason for them to do this would be if it would promise any profit, but i cant see that happening, who else besides the people on this forum would buy it?

:twisted: If Bat III had been a bigger success, it might have come off, but as it wasn't released on the tails of the success of Bat II, I doubt it.
