I'm the same, my background changes atleast once a week, but when i go back of the computer (i'm on the laptop) i'll post my favourite background!!!

Dunno about your Mac, but within Windows, you just use the PrintScreen key.
This stores a copy of your desktop in the clipboard. You can then use that in some gfx program.

You need a graphic programm what can capture pics of the screen.
I work fine with Paint Shop Pro for capturing pics

The print screen key is to the right of the F12 key on a standard keyboard, just above the insert key.

Press that, then open a graphics programme, create a new "picture" then select paste to paste the screen capture into a picture, save it as a jpeg file as normal then.

The easiest way is to minimize all of your windows, and press the Print Screen key on the keyboard. Then go to an image editing program like Paint, and click Edit->Paste, then you can save the file and upload it however.

Win2k here at the office ... but I won't allow any different desktop piccies than the standard ones for our troops, so they're all deadly boring, at home it's CC :))

R isn't running XP, and it looks like Bubbles isn't (but still running a windows variant)
Mine was in windows XP when it ook the pic, normally ranges between XP, Ubuntu, DOS or Windows for Workgroups 3.1 depending on what i am doing at the time.

Got 2000 on my second, audio editing pc.
(actually it´s just an old one, which I´m using now only for music and other audio things. No virusses, because no internet connection on it :D)

Looked at R´s again and I really dont know what that should be. Has to be a win, but no one I know. Can´t be Vista/Longhorn, that has got vertical folders...:confused:
(psst, I´m I allowed to talk about Longhorn?)

Shift+PrtSc when you have done that it looks like nothing has happened. Open up your graphics program and then click on EDIT, PASTE
