Ahhh, very well spotted Vicki. I like that program a lot (Andrew Neill has some good punch lines but rubbish delivery at times. A few weeks ago he said "Cornwell is under water, Ireland is in financial ruin but who cares as we have a wedding to talk about" :lmao: )

It's a political program and Meat will probably be describing his point of view on a current issue which seems to be about "Reputation" this week. Should be interesting. Will definitely watch this.
They keep all the guests' videos on archive on the site so you can watch from there (not sure from abroad though).

It's on Tomorrow Thursday 2nd of December 23.35 UK time (not in N. Ireland and Wales!). Just posting the date as the American style may confuse some people.

Never seen it before but I'll make sure to Sky plus it; good find! I hope he's on Loose women again that's always funny

Thanks Andrew :)) It really sounds interesting.
I checked the site earlier, and the other clips worked fine.

Yes, imagine my surprise when it turns out Vicki hadn't gone completely nuts and invented a time travelling machine to listen to Meat Loaf on 12th February ;)

That's classic Meat Loaf .. LOVE it !! :lmao:

That was great. Meat wasn't on very long, maybe about 10 minutes or so discussing mostly reputation, how lies in the media can damage you, all related to the WikiLeaks stuff that's been in the news. Meat did manage to plug his tour a little and said he is touring all over the country and he's got his snow shoes. There was an absolutely fantastic homage to Leslie Nielsen at the end. One of the funniest bits I've ever seen on that program.

Sarge 03 Dec 2010 21:00

WTF??? Regardless of what I think about Wikileaks, speaking about cutting off somebody's toes appears kind of sick to me, sorry.

stretch37 03 Dec 2010 21:01

im pretty sure it was a joke

Sarge 03 Dec 2010 21:06

A pretty bad one, in my opinion.

carole 04 Dec 2010 02:39

Thanks for the link Vicki. Is it just me, I'm having problems getting the clip to play, it plays the ad then stops. :( Hopefully it will get put up on youtube.

It worked fine for me Carole.

I really loved the tribute to Leslie Nielson at the end :-)

But I'm happy to help !

Wow, what a joke! He has some severely ~~~~ed up opinions. If he wasn't a rock singer I could see him covering for that complete moron, Glenn Beck, on fox news!

Meat Loaf is a "good old boy" from Texas, what do you expect? Why couldn't Meat Loaf be the next Glenn Beck? I mean, Glenn started off as a rock n roll radio DJ. In today's world, anything is possible. Meat was spectacular when he was on VH1 radio. Why not?

I think you missed my point. I hate Republicans, and I especially hate Glenn Beck, so I meant it as a bad thing. And I didn't say he 'couldn't' make it, I said I COULD see him doing it.

There's definitely some Republican dickwads out there, Glenn Beck being one of them, Sean Hannity being another and that daft bitch Ann Coulter.

GDW 07 Dec 2010 10:43

Meat Loaf for President and Sarah Palin for Vice President.

Dave 07 Dec 2010 16:24

<putting on moderator cap> Please, let's stick with the topic at hand and not Republican dickwads...or dickwads of any sort, m'kay?</taking off moderator cap>
