any news about the upcoming movies?
wasnt Meat supposed to be in three movies between last autumn and next month?
cant find info anywhere....did these projects die? |
I'd love to know too.
|
IMDB shows the last one is Urban Decay of 2007. They usually post upcoming projects too...then it's dead for now...
|
I think he filmed one called "Kick The Can" .. but I haven't heard any more about it.

Seems strange to me though, as he gave away quite a lot of info about the movies already. Only reason I could imagine would be that these are little, unimportant productions, and nobody cares to put them up on IMDB at this point. |
I've seen a lot of projects on IMDB which were later cancelled...it is a pretty good database...
|
Meat said in his latest Journal entry last month that he'd be doing a couple of films this year if there isn't a strike, so maybe they're waiting for the outcome of that before starting filming. I think they're still in negotiations.

Thanks Carole.

He gave a radio interview after the Q Awards and said he is filming a few movies in 2008/2009 and mentioned one called Red ~~~~~~~ where he plays a manager of a donut shop.I don't know if this is a cameo appearance because he is always up for anything or a real role.
I can't wait to see him managing a donut shop..lol I will try to see if I can find the link to the interview because it is really good and he goes on about how he wanted out of the hospital bad after the Q Awards and demanded to be released NOW!!! :-P |
Thanks CC!

that's been half a year ago though, and said movies should be done in Feb 09, and we havent heard anything since.
edit: his job should be done til this month, not the movie |
|
they've finally made a film about DT
|
According to shocktillyoudrop.com Meat's recently shot some scenes for a new film called Burning Bright.
|
The movie industry is a fickle business and Meat Loaf might not be doing what he said he was doing when he said he was supposed to be doing it. If he's going into the recording studio soon then that doesn't give much time for movies and Meat Loaf isn't a big enough movie star for a studio to sit around and wait until he's free.
Pud  |
IMDB now lists two more movies for him: "Polish Bar" and "Burning Bright", both filming right now and due to be released this year.

an interesting little detail (might mean nothing, but worth mentioning): 'Polish Bar' and 'Burning Bright' are listed as in post production now on IMDB, and more importantly the Loaf's appearance doesnt have the tag 'rumored' anymore.

Click here for a new article about 'Burning Bright', including first pictures from the movie (none of Meat though.)

will this be on the UK channel Hallmark too? I gotta see it. Looks a good trailer :D
|
Hallmark UK mainly broadcasts United States imports including drama series and TV movies, so I'd say yes it will, but when? is a different thing altogether.
