But I'm not so good, had some physio on my back this morning and it's very sore :cry: The physio is meant to help but each time I have a session I seem to suffer afterwards.........the only plus is I get out of housework :lol:

Mmm.. that is not very good. HOpe things work out in the right way for you.... Cause that is terrible... a physio which is not doing a great job.... But no housework... hhehe... that sounds pretty cool to me! :lol:

and a lot better than yesterday, had a really bad day yesterday!
this morning it was much cooler,cloudy, by lunchtime there was a lovely cool breeze off the sea....heaven.....
the breeze dropped mid afternoon...the sun came out!!!! and i have been baking/cooking , having the oven on in this heat was unbearable!!
Now i have to go out and do the shopping..o joy of joys!!
