Tonight's dinner could be something of an experiment...!

Agh...do tell...I don't think I am having dinner tonight with my schedule...so I can drool over yours...

I know exactly what I'm cooking and how to do it but I can't quite remember the quantities of some of the ingredients...I'm going to go with the theory that if I keep putting things into the pan until it looks right then it'll taste right too :up:
