hiya sin, yeah we got onto the hard stuff, although it wernt as hard as i feared! all i had to do was lay on my stomach and lift my legs up and down. it was more painful raising my legs layin on my stomach tho, as i cannot lay fat on my front at da mo.

its a lot better tho, she was really impressed with my progress! so at least im heading in the right direction! :D
