Seven Psychopaths - hilarious movie! It is kind of off the wall humor but it is a Christopher Walken, Woody Harrelson movie so I wouldn't expect anything differently.

Evil Dead (2013)

Sure a lot of gore, but that was about it.

How is that movie compared to the original? The original series is a true cult hit. Does this remake do it any justice?

There are refferences to the original(s) but it doesn't have the cleverness and wit of the originals. Plus it doesn't have Bruce Campbell... Characters were just not interesting with perhaps the exception of one.

All in all I didn't hate it but it wasn't anything I hoped for

When I first saw the previews for it I wondered how it would be without Bruce Campbell. The previews looked okay but it didn't really look like a promising story line. I still want to check it out but I think I will wait to rent it... ;)

Oblivion. 3.5 out of 5. Not very original but well crafted none the less.

The Heat - very funny movie. There are a few scenes that aren't to funny but the rest of the movie had me in stitches. Sandra Bullock did a great job but Melissa McCarthy stole the show!

The Conjuring ....really good movie if you like supernatural films ,wouldn't say it was the scariest I have seen but really enjoyed it and have since read up on Ed Warren the investigator it was about and quite an interesting read

Insomnia, a phsycological murder mystery/thriller from 2002 starring Al Pacino, Robin Williams, Hilary S~~~~ and Jonathan Jackson who was Lucky Spencer on the soap opera General Hospital and was also on the TV series Nashville. Just happened to come across it while switching TV channels. Awesome movie

Monsters University, prior to that it should have been the second Star Trek reboot on the outbound flight ... but the in flight entertainment wasn't working so we had 11 hrs staring at a blank screen!

Not fun. The Star Trek movie was good too. To bad you had to stare at a blank screen! How was the flight back home?

Apart from the fact neither of us really slept it wasn't too painless ... Just hated leaving Vegas where everyone is happy and polite and arriving back in a grey rainy country full of miserable grumpy people .

Dear Zachary.

Very emotionally draining but a must see.
