Quantum Of Solace - every time I watch it I like it more. Mainly for the acting (esp Bond, M, Mathis), dialogue, and travelogue style beauty shots. The action is awesome but still can't make half of it out due to bizarre editing. Also needs to take a bit more time between bursts of action.

Very excited about Scream 4. Loved 1 and 2. Mrs wont go though! grrr

The Fighter. Damn good movie, imo

We watched that the other night, thought it was pretty good for a disaster/buddy movie.

Watched Repo! The Genetic Opera last night on YouTube. Actually watched it twice. I love that movie!

We don't have cable and haven't for nearly 10 years so all our viewing is through Netflix or disc.

Watched Toy Story 3 the other night. Very cute!

Saw Thor in 3D, it was fun but the ending is a bit rushed

Battybarb 08 May 2011 02:15

Saw Thor as well, thought it was ok

Hypnobabe 08 May 2011 10:50

The King's Speech - thanks for sending it early, Amazon!

PanicLord 08 May 2011 17:39

Thor - thoroughly entertaining. Well acted, scripted, directed. Only problem was it was a little predictable, but definitely a 4 out of 5 from me!

RoknRollJesus 09 May 2011 19:49

Saw THOR and WATER FOR ELEPHANTS yesterday.

THOR was fun.....totally got what I expected.
WATER FOR ELEPHANTS was way better than expected. Hal Holbrook is a gem!

 CAPTAIN JACK SPARROW: I know those guns... It's the Pearl !
PRISONER: The Black Pearl ?! I've heard stories, she's been praying on ships and settlements for nearly ten years. Never leaves any survivors !!
CJS: No survivors ?! Then where do the stories come from I wonder ?!

Pirates Of The Caribbean: The Curse Of The Black Pearl - Johnny Depp

Not seen this one in awhile so as it was on watched it again, it is very good LOL !!

In the last week I've watched The King's Speech (again), Black Swan, Titanic, and I've currently got X-Men Origins: Wolverine playing...

allrevvedup 29 May 2011 13:14

Blitz...good switch off the brain film that Jason Statham and Aidan Gillen perform very well in

MeatGrl1 31 May 2011 11:01

 Pirates Of The Caribbean: At World's End - Johnny Depp, Keira Knightley and Orlando Bloom

Before that I watched; Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest with same people the night before

:cool::lol:

Sue K 31 May 2011 12:14

Dark House, I think it was called. It had a couple leap out at you scary moments that made me jump and giggle... lol ... and a twisty ending. I liked it well enough.

Jeanie 01 Jun 2011 02:54

The Rite... was ok, thought they wasted Sir Anthony Hopkins talents though, when it got to the core of the film.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1

Hypnobabe 02 Jun 2011 01:03

Equilibrium - a Minority Report-ish type film, with Christian Bale, Sean Bean, Angus MacFadyen and the bloke who dismantles the bomb after having a punch-up with Bruce Willis in Armageddon.

From Dusk To Dawn - Tarantino and Clooney with tattoos... Yum yum....

Top Gun <3

AndyK 02 Jun 2011 11:37

The King's Speech

Would have been a really good film if the lead character didn't have such a bad stutter...
