I would say Meat and the band did a great job with this song live on tour. Very funny, relaxed and tongue in cheek, one of my fave songs from the set list.
I don't want my songs ( or expect ) to sound like they do on the cd, i can stick that on anytime.
I think the live versions at the shows the song sounds different to the cd, better imo.

I agree with this completely, I've have seen it done at three shows so far on the tour and it has been great every time. Kinda hard to judge something that you were not there to see, and YouTube doesn't do it a bit of justice.

YouTube may not provide excellent sound quality but it doesn't change the way in which someone sings.

Can't disagree with that as I wasn't there and I don't want to be unfair, but I doubt that I will ever be overly excited about a live performance of this song due the style of singing Meat adopted a few years back. :|

Simple but catchy tune with an interesting arrangement, too bad that Meat hasn't managed to transfer the lightheartedness the song conveys to a rousing live performance.

Why did he do Los Angeloser when it's the second worst song on the album?

He used to sound more powerful, relaxed, versatile, confident, emotional and commanding. His singing has lost a lot of its former range, it's not that interesting and unique anymore, in my opinion. It's a pity because I really like the current sound of his voice but I'm not overly excited about his style of singing.

That doesn't mean that I think it's a crap song!!! The reason I said that is because there are so many other BETTER songs on the album and it didn't make since to make it the first single and the only song to have a video. I however, do like this song!!!
