Trust me, we're the ones with the ban button, we'll win

Steve6 11 Sep 2010 00:20

The mods have the power and tools to win. I'm armed with an old fashioned pitchfork  There's also 10 of them and only 1 of me. I take inspiration from the spartans though. :kickass: You can win any battle with a smart brain which I have.

I've been thru hundreds of your posts and cannot find any evidence to back up this statement, I'll keep searching to prove that I'm fair and honest but I'm not gonna hold my breath

To be honest, I read most of your posts and automatically think they're shit and need flushing down the bog. Saying that, I'd vote for you in a mod election...I could do with a good f*cking laugh :lmao:

I never really realised how much you had it in for us

Steve6 11 Sep 2010 00:53

The one thing about Pudding is he laughs at you not with you.

Oh and I would like to take this opportunity to announce to everyone that Pudding is in fact a moderator himself, on the Bat Out Of Hell musical forum. Within the first hour of becoming a moderator he banned someone. I never laughed as hard in my life when I read it. Thank god he isn't a moderator here or else I'd be gone long ago...and gone forever too. :lmao:

Monstro you know I'm smart ask me any question and within a few minutes I will have an answer for. Never doubt my intellectual capabilities.

Not sure what me being a mod somewhere else has to do with here? But to be honest, I never banned someone within the first hour of becoming a mod. I made no bones that I'd ban a certain someone if they ever decided to join, they joined and I kept my promise.

I don't do anything stupid to have people laughing at me. I have a habit of getting a bit excited, but that's from listening to Jim Steinman's songs a lot... either that or it was all the medication I took. ;)

I'm sure R and the moderators think I'm a toss pot too. But it wouldn't be fair to ban me because of it. ;-)

Evil One 11 Sep 2010 01:07

That's because this is R's house and we play by his rules. The other place you mention is Dave's house and has a different set of rules.

I know but when I heard he made Pud a moderator I found it hilarious. I know this is R's house... it's a pity he doesn't feed us all though. It has everything else but a kitchen. :-(

Evil One 11 Sep 2010 01:18

How do you know there isn't? Maybe you have yet to find it?

Wario 11 Sep 2010 01:19

Just wait till the glasgow show in november. I have a 50% chance of two-weeks of the WLUKFC...

... I recently was thinking about me sitting on R's lap at wembley...
to get back on topic ... yes he is the boss around here (and I sure like to keep it that way!) .. Rainer onces stayed with me in the rain and wind when he didn't need to at Oberhausen pre-concert .. I am sure we both felt frozen after that concert .. yet, complaining is not his thing ... and I for sure love him for it! (as it Hurt lol).

Steve6 11 Sep 2010 01:51

R is a great man, and a very person smart person too. It's a pity he doesn't post much though. I always compared R to Erik the phantom without the mask but with glasses instead

24K 11 Sep 2010 01:55

R probably has more sense;) LOL...

Especially when you have Pudding posting drunk :hic:

Dave 11 Sep 2010 02:18

Wow

Evil One 11 Sep 2010 02:19

Can you prove that Pudding is posting drunk?

Steve6 11 Sep 2010 02:22

No but the moderators can? ;-)

Pudding 11 Sep 2010 02:23

I am +11 hours of GMT, which makes it morning for me, being drunk at this time is not an option. However, some of Steve6's posts are tempting me to drink.

Yet again you mix opinion with fact. They can form a considered opinion on Pudding's inebriation, or even take a wild stab in the dark, but unless they can see Pudding it cannot be taken as fact.

In a jar, on the shelf? Perhaps you could swap with it? Failing that, get someone to remove your actual brain and get a refund. Failing that get someone to swap it with that of a sea-dwelling mammal, because at least then it would be fit for porpoise.

Steve6 11 Sep 2010 02:41

Easy folks.....easy now. Lets take a little deep breath and reflect on a couple of things. First of all I'm not swapping my brain for a refund, my brain has been through so much it's now classed as damaged goods. It has to stay inside my skull.

I didn't mean to say Pudding was under the influence of alcohol, however I do think drunk posting should be prohibited as it involves mad behaviour, and threads going off topic which is what's happening here. The mods need to go to sleep sometime.

Does anyone have a question about MLUKFC? and not about me exchanging my brain with a sea-dwelling mammal.

You managed pretty well without meaning to then. I don't care for a lot of what Pud posts, but he never brags about drinking, nor do I ever get the impression he's posting whist drunk.

So your posting is done whilst sober? Even more worrying!

I don't think anyone has raised any questions about the UK forum, which R manages perfectly adequately with his moderator team. You started the thread with some imo preposterous questions, which few could take seriously.

Caryl .. agreeing with Pud .. time to close it down!

I think you're a being a bit cruel Caryl. If you actually read the first post on the thread it's actually quiet interesting, and you can see why I started it. To be fair we don't really know what goes on behind the scenes on this site, and all I was showing was interest. Obviously I was only expecting questions and answers every once in a while, but the mods have used it as a playground instead  As regards Pudding being drunk...it's only friendly banter. I always post sober!!!! ALWAYS!!! :yep:

Monstro 11 Sep 2010 03:49

Ok, this ain't going nowhere, as mods we had a bit of fun, guess we hoped it would carry on that way.

Used it as a playground? We answered some bloody stupid questions the same way they were asked lol

time to close this and go elsewhere
