i've heard it takes a combination of not heeding multiple warnings, and common sense/manners

I find it crazy I can't sell a spare Meat Loaf concert ticket (4th row) for more than £35. Considering the tickets originally cost £66 this has me worried what the turn out will be like on this tour. :-(
