Hi everyone, for all the newbies who aren't aware of the 'happening' with Meat on the Graham Norton show in May of this year,. start at page 1.

Just to let you know folks I will finally receive the 4 extra tickets from Graham Norton on Monday, for Tuesday 18th at Wembley . which means we will be going two nights running yippee, I've died and gone to heaven I think :D :D , 'do you think I can really survive' :!:

sherrie87 15 Nov 2003 19:10

Yeah Dottie! I was wondering if the Graham Norton folks were going to come through for you, I'm thrilled they did! I was laughing yesterday, the newest issue of Entertainment Weekly (American magazine) described Graham Norton as: "a bawdy late night chat program hosted by a flamboyantly gay Irishman who sometimes asks his guests to spank him, surfs Internet porn during interviews, and tells penis jokes in his opening monologue". It also went on to say that "the tradition in Britain is to pop into the pub for a pint or two before attending TV tapings, so a few in the crowd are a little sloshed. Still, this is England, so everyone behaves impeccably." The article was about Britney Spears recent promo tour to England and France, which (oddly enough) was cut short due to her catching the flu! It mentions how expensive it was for her record company, for her to miss out on much of the promo and spend much of the the time there in bed. It was interesting to read the article, considering that Meat is sort of in the same boat.

This is a gem I discovered during a search through some photographs of mine taken after the Graham Norton Show. I hadn't posted this before because the quality wasn't up to much, but after twiddling with it, hey presto a little better anyway.

I asked Roy what he said to Meat Loaf he replied "She fancies you", Meat replied "You got no worries, your miles ahead".

What a nice man indeed Meat.

For anyone reading this topic for the first time, please start at page 1 and read through my personal account of appearing with Meat Loaf on the Graham Norton Show way back in May of 2003.

Sit back and enjoy!

Hi Dottie!
thanks to my new broadband internet connection I was finally able to watch the clips of the Graham Norton Show.
I'm sitting here still having a big grin on my face and my stomach aching from laughing
It must have been such a wonderful once-in-a-lifetime experience for you.
Hope Ellis has come over the "shock" - he is quite a cuty by the way
So, now I have to go back into bed-having temperature for three days now, doesn't go to well with sitting on the computer :?

Wasn't it the best ever set up you've ever seen in your life - we're just rewinding and playing over and over again - even had a call from my sister in Oz she'd heard about the show but alas she lives in Merriwa - sheep shearing country  and they don't receive Graham Norton - but I have promised her a copy as soon as I can get everything organised.
What an absolutely wonderful night - shouldn't have said that hopefully we won't have to wait much longer than a week or so .

Love to all you lovely people
