The woman I spoke to said that when the phonelines are too busy they stop connecting calls (which they have) but she'd never heard of people being held in a queue...what's wrong with people!

Just managed to speak to someone re: Andy being charged on his mobile for over an hour and a half and then being cut off, apparently tickets are on sale from Ticketmaster at 1030...but the power of sight is telling me they're not
