found this screenshot of a Simpsons episode on the net. I´m not quite sure what´s the word below the "Bat out of"

I used to get The Simpsons comics, and one Halloween issue had a parody of the Bat cover on the front!

They were gonna do it one year, but changed it at the last minute. I complained and next year they did the cover on the comic and as a poster, too!

Didn't Meat appear on The Simpsons a few years ago? I'm sure I can remember him being in a scene with Chef. Or is my memory playing tricks on me.......
