Here is a lot of new members but they never write here. Then why do they register themselves?
This isn't such a crazy question :wink: I'm one of those people who did that. Let's start with a short introduction.

My name is Cindy. I'll turn 31 in a couple of days :cry: :wink:. I live in The Netherlands. I've been a Meat Loaf fan from the age of 11 till the age of 27. Then I had a "fan break" so to say :wink: for three years. I got the Meat virus again in April of the year 2003.

When I was 11 years old I loved the Bat out of Hell album. I had it on a tape and played it a lot!!! I became a huge fan after my first Meat concert in The Netherlands on 3 May 1996.

I've been lucky to have met Meat a couple times and I have a couple of unforgetable memories. If you're interested in my (long) story about meeting Meat, you can take a look at my homeage. There are also some of my concert photo's.

Okay, then me and this forum :) I've joined this forum on May 2 2003. I then started with reading some of the topics. I didn't post anything at that time. I wanted to do that whenever I was ready :wink: . When I finally was ready (half July), my computer broke down :cry: And now it's fixed again and here I am, ready to participate on this forum :).

I love to "talk" about music. For example about Meat's music. Unfortunately I don't like his movies. That has nothing to do with him! I'm just not a big movie fan. I've seen two films and I think he's a great actor, but they're not my favorite kind of movies.

I live in Merseyside with my gorgeous husband. I've been a Meat fan for 14 years since my Mum and Dad bought Bat out of Hell on CD when they first got a new CD player!! Erm, I'm going to see Meat with my hubbie in Manchester on 13 November so hopefully I'll see some of you lot there!! I wanted to do a meet and greet but I think I've missed out now as I didn't realise this was the place I could do it :cry: I suppose I shall have to just sit and be very jealous of those who did/do get the opportunity to meet Meat :| (does that make sense?!?)

Mrs Mouse (cute picture!! awwww! :D ) hiya .... well I live in a place called Maghull which is about 1/2 hour drive from Liverpool, it's about 1/2 hour drive from Southport and 1/2 hour drive from Wigan, so we're sort of in the middle of it all!!! :lol: I originally come from a planet .... sorry ... from a town called Ormskirk, which is about 15 minutes drive from here ... very pretty town, very old fashioned, and I love it!! Me and my husband only moved to Maghull about a year ago with our goldfish (called Fish) and our budgie (Milo), and now we've adopted a cockateal (Poppy) ...... before that we lived in Orrell Park which is not far from Aintree (by the racecourse!! - neigh!! clip clop etc....:lol:). Erm .... and that's my life history!!! tee hee! :lol: Bet you wish you never asked now! and no, I don't mind you asking, it's nice that someone took some interest in me!!!!! :wink: So there you go ..... :D

This year, I became from my 17 year old son two cards for the concert in Munich to my birthday in september....... and yeahhhh it was great..... I´ve waited so long to see him live.....

As a newbie I think alot of times we don't post due to some reactions by older group members cos I've been part of other groups for different things and they can be kinda rude but I do believe I found me a good forum :D after going through and reading the posts ya'll are a friendly fun loving group and I've posted here more in a few short days then I have to some other groups I've been part of and I'm glad I joined.

How is everyone? I'm fine myself! I am a new member to this forum, and from what I like, it is good good good! I have been a meatloaf fan for over 12 years now and proud of it! And will be 20 in june, so been liking him since I was 8!. I recently went to see him at Glasgow on the 30th of January, and what can I say, "WOW"! It was truley amazing! And what was good was that I was right at the front, and right at the center!!!! I could not believe my luck!

Meatloaf is just my biggest idol!

Glad you have joined us, its worth joing the fan club, I did and was very pleased with it. Be aware it does take quite a while to get your membership package but worth the wait.

I've just joined this forum and I am new to computers.
My husband and I were at the Glasgow show (30th) and thought it was GREAT.
I have read some of the negative comments and don't understand why people are so critical. The show was entertaining and everyone seated around me were enjoying themselves.

I'll be watching out for return dates.

You can't please all of the people all of the time, but two out of three aint bad.

I've been a Meat Loaf fan for many years and intend to stay that way for many more.

I've been a fan since I was 13 and got instant addiction to AFL, followed by finding an old tape of bat out of hell in my dads car that was barely played, but worn out about 4 weeks after me finding it. All the other albums have come thick and fast.

Favourite songs are AFL, Bat and Hot summers night. No actually, I don't think I can pick favourites, they're all great.

Have'nt had a chance to see the man himself yet, but that will be remedied at the upcoming seize the night tour at Wembley. Can't wait :D
