I met Meat after a concert in Alkmaar (Holland) back in 1989. I was 13 years old then, but I still remember it pretty well. It was a small show (meat wasn't a big act in Holland during that period) for only 1500 people and afterwards me and a few other fans went around the building to the tourbus and waited for Meat to come out. He was really nice and we were invited to enter the bus in which we took pictures, asked for autographs from him and the band and talked a bit with him. He also gave us some promotional photos as a present. The funny thing was that Leslie was also around and we asked her for an autograph too. She said: "Well, I am not one of the singers...". We replied: "Yes we know that, but we just like to have an autograph of the woman behind the big man!" She was really nice too.
After 10 minutes we got out of the bus and Meat left.... It was a great experience that I will never forget!!!!
