The album is already finished and there are promo copies knocking about

The promo copies aren't of the whole album as far as I'm aware. The only promo I know of is the one given out at the London Listening Party, which consists of various songs from all 3 Bat albums, 2 of which are TMIL and IACBTMN :-)

nope, there are some full album promos knocking about for the radio stations etc. Another manager picked up a copy from a dj he knows from one of the bigger stations! the *******!
