Have just read this on the Jim Steinman's blog
"BTW, I must say that a legal agreement has been made, under which Meat can release BAT3, I can do my show & movie, but "I am not allowed to speak publicly in any way seen as derogatory" about Bat3. So I wont. Ive never heard it yet anyway. Lets not talk forever about that."
Now it looks like that is resovled maybe the pair of them can kiss and make up
no tounges though that would be to gross.

Good if thatīs true!
Call me unrealistic, but I still hope to see Jim during the Bat3 tour suddenly appear on the stage and do Wasted Youth...and then he sits down and plays the piano.

Not as outlandish as some fan's hopes for Meat to be the President.

In reality this is a complete lack of surprise in every way... Basically, Meat can make this album with the bat out of hell name without Jim, and Jim can make the movie / stageshow / whatever with the bat out of Hell name without Meat. My guess is that the agreement doesn't stipulate anything differing from the status quo for the long term... cause that's what the court case would have been for, and they've evidently both agreed to avoid that little process.
Personally I think that's bogus on both counts, but I think it's equally as bogus that Todd didn't play guitar on Bat 2 so what would I know.
It would have been nice for them both to have gone to court and a rock-junky judge to have told them that clearly bat is the both of them together and nothing else, but oh well.

Just like I was hoping he will do during Dream Engine concert. Never happened. He never even got up from his seat.
