I just found this:

"'Original Sin' is Jim's "blue album" - 'Bat Out Of Hell' was his red and, no, he won't be doing a green one. "

I've heard people refer to the albums that came of the Meat/Steinman colaboration as "red" before now, and all they said was "not politically". What do they Mean?

I've never heard of the coulor thing before,but as for the coment "Not politically",I can only asume that it was a disclaimer about having anything to do with any comunist ideology.

Thanks TFM - I thought that may be what they are disclaiming.

I think maybe the coulours are representative of the style of album. For instance, Red is a hot colour, very passionate and stark. Blue is a quieter, more brooding colour, while green is a relaxed colour (ala Green Rooms).
