Hello, I'm a video collector/archivist and I'm trying to complete my list as accurately as possible. I was hoping that somwone here may know of the following dates and locations for these shows:

1) 1987? Meltdown from UK TV
2) 93/94?? A History Of Meat Loaf Live shown on VH1
3) 98/99?? Hard Rock Live shown on VH1 (not Storytellers)

If my memory's correct:

1. London 1987 (not sure of the venue but I seem to recall someone telling me it was recorded in a television studio)
2. Florida 1994
3. Orlando, Florida 1999

Hard Rock Live was shot up in New York in June of the year Diane mentioned. If it was shot in Florida, I wouldnt have been able to go to the taping :) !

Do you happen to remember where in New York it was filmed?

Diane, I think no. 2 was taped in Orlando, Florida Sept. 1993. What do you think about my correction?

I'm sure your correction is absolutely spot on Eva. :up: The date I'm looking at on my tape is when I recorded it on the 18th April, 1994. That was when the concert was first shown on MTV in the UK so yes of course it was filmed before that date.

I'm pretty sure it was Sony Studios up in New York City. I think the only Concert Special for VH-1, that was filmed in Florida, was that one in 1993, all the other specials were in New York - which has been a good thing for me :) ! Take care!

On one of the "Objects..." singles there are some songs recorded for "VH1 Center Stage, Orlando, FL, Nov 1993". Could that be the gig you're looking for?

On my UK copies of those cd singles the live trax are recorded in New York, during 1993, i think all the live trax on the BIH cd singles were.

All the live tracks on the BAT II singles are taped in July 1993 in New York during promotion for BAT II.

Well, maybe all, except the ones on the US version of the Objects single (http://home.planet.nl/~williamg/www/MLJS/meatloaf/singles/objects.html#v3)... otherwise, they would've played two different versions of "Rock and Roll Dreams" in July 1993.
