I know the tracklist of the first single "Did I Say That".
1. Did I Say That (Radio Edit)
2. Did I Say That (Album Version)
3. Lawyers, Guns And Money
4. Decadent Wish
But I don't exactly know the tracklist of the album. Perhaps the following songs will be on it:
Did I Say That
Decadent Wish
Man Of Steel
Shadowland
Unsaid
Do It
Why Isn't That Enough
Tear Me Down
Love You Out Loud
Mercury Blues
Guilty
and maybe "Mony Mony"
I also don't know if there'll be a song called "Testify".
And MEat said, there would be also a title track "Couldn't Have Said It Better".
Also a title track:
(I) Couldn't Have Said It Better (Myself)
Because a strange man with the name MEat told us that this song is very good!

Are you sure, man? Ok, why not! MEat (himself  ) must know it. *editing the latest post*
Maaaaaaaan, that are 14 songs !!!
A probably incomplete list, in no particular order:
Did I Say That (James Michael)
Decadent Wish (Jud Friedman/Shelly Peiken/Michael Duff)
Man Of Steel (James Michael/Nikki Six)
Shadowland (Steve Earle)
Unsaid
Do It
Why Isn't That Enough (Jo Davidson)
Tear Me Down (Stephen Trask)
Love You Out Loud
Testify (the Better Than Ezra guys)
Couldn't Have Said It Better (James Michael/Nikki Sixx?)
These are the tracks I know of/remember, and their writers where indicated. There may be others that I've forgotten. However, I have since heard that Meat has put songs on and taken songs off (that I read in an article somewhere).
On James Michael's site, he states that he wrote four songs for the album (I'm not sure if these include the one(s) co-written with Nikki Sixx. His site also states that Diane Warren was to have written three songs for the album, but one got taken off.
I read a review of a concert on one of the mailing lists in which the writer stated he met Amanda, and she said there were about about 17 songs that had been written for the album, not all of which will be used (maybe only 13).
Those other songs, Mony Mony, Guilty, and Mercury Blues/Crazy About A Mercury are to my knowledge, only other people's songs that were being performed on tour. Unless someone knows something that I don't.
