Hello eveyone, If you have not noticed that i'm a new member of the Meat Loaf UK fan club message board and here is the story of my Meat Loaf fan life. Back in 1995 i started to like Meat Loaf music and i was only 4 years old and on MTV one day i saw the video to I'd Lie For You(And That's The Truth) and that was the first ever Meat Loaf music video i saw
and sometime afterwards it was taped and i watched it 400 times a day and it was until i first went to school when i got bored of it and a few months later a "Welcome To The Neibourhood" concert was taped and i had it until it got overwrittn by accident by my sister and in 1997 well i think i taped a biography and 5 years later i'm left with "The Very Best Of Meat Loaf" CD and "Welcome To The Neibourhood" and 3 videos and they are"Bat Out Of Hell 2:Picture Show, Hits Out Of Hell and Meat Loaf live at wembly." And that's all i have to say.

Well i have more to say, I'm currently looking for any Meat Loaf tape(If there's any such thing) with the video for I'd Lie For You(And That's The Truth) And I've tried downloading it on "Kazaa Lite" but there's only 1 source with the file and that user eventually disconnects and the downlaod is disrupted. Oh and once i got very far into the download and about 52 Mbs of the file downloaded and i coulden't get the file any further then i had a very unfortunate accident where i cancel's the download and that was a absolute ~~~~~~. And this must be the actual video it must not be a live preformance. And i'm also looking for the "Welcome To The Neibourhood Concert" and if any of ye have the I'd Lie For You(And That's The Truth) video or the "Welcome To The Neibourhood Concert" Post a reply to this subject. Any information will be helpful.

 Hi buddy.
Personally,I have never seen I'd Lie For You on any video availlable in the shops.Saying that,I seem to remember that somebody mentioned on one of these forums that there was a very best of video once available. Also,I think I'd Lie For You was on one of the NOW double c.d. sets.I know that they made video versions of these compilations,so you may find it on one of those.I'm afraid I have no idea on how to get a copy (i'm still looking for The Best Of myself) apart from regulary checking E Bay,or looking in as many second hand video shops as you can find.E Bay is always the most rewarding,as there is always something good, but you just might get lucky looking around the shops.
I am interested in the Welcome To The Neighberhood concert because i've never seen it.Have you any idea when and where it was recorded? Can you remember what songs were played?
There is a good documentery called Ultimate Albums Meat Loaf, being shown quite regulary on VH1.It is all about the production of Bat Out Of Hell.Try and see it as soon as you can,as the anoying thing about VH1 is that they tend to bring out a new show, show it twice a day for two weeks and never play it again.
P.S. Welcome To The Neighbourhood  .

Hi there
If you were 4 in 1995, that means you are 11 now! I think it is great that there is a younger ML fan crowd - My brother is 13 and he is a fan as well.
I am 16 years old, I think there is another person on the message boards that is in their youth
that is cool Keve!

The Welcome To The Neighbourhood concert was recorded in October 1995 at the Beacon Theatre in NY.
I have the CD of the concert but not the video
I'm twenty years old and so I'm also a fan, who's younger than Bat out of Hell! I knew "Paradise" already for a few years when I heard Ï'd do Anything..." in 2000. I recorded this song on a casette-tape and really fell in love with this great song. By that I wanted to know more about "Who is Meat Loaf" and I bought the CD "The Very Best of Meat Loaf".
Nearly three years after that I've got the CD "Bat 2", "WElcome to the Neigborhood"and "The Very best..." With Kazaa I downloaded Songs from "Dead Ringer", Midnight.......,Bad Attitude and Blind Before I Stop, Because these albums weren't available in Dutch Shops anymore.
Ik really love the music of Meat Loaf, great music with, if possible, even greater lyrics. I'm really waiting for the new album!

In some big cities in the Netherlands, like Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht and Groningen you can buy sometimes the Midnight, Bad Attitude and the Blind album.
At most dutch CD shops (not free record shop) you can order some order Meat albums like Dead Ringer, Live Around The World and VH1 Storytellers. There you can also order Original Sin from Pandora's Box and Jim Steinman's Bad For Good.
Al these CD's you can also order on the dutch Bol.com site.
If you're interested in other live stuff, you can contact me.

Well i'm online and ye don't have to actually find any video with I'd Lie For You(And That's The Truth) If you taped it , Copy it on to another blank tape and it must be in excellent condition. Or if any of you have on CD video of it like Bannana's did with Welcome To The Neibourhood live in concert. So if ye have any information. Post it on this subject.
