That would be the 1977 workshop production of Neverland. And actually, there is a whole page on Neverland (http://www.jimsteinman.com/neverlnd.htm) at that site.
And finally, it isn't Jim Steinman who's singing. That's Richard Dunne, who played Baal. Ellen Folley is Wendy, Barry Keating is the Historian (which is virtually identical to the one in The Dream Engine) and Karla DeVito is doing backup vocals in the orchestra.

Having listened to its all a few times, it really does suck.
Goes to show the only person who can really pull off Jim material is Meat
