I voted Status Quo because I've seen them twice and they ROCK!!! And just a titbit of info, Status Quo have had more gold albums than either Queen or Dire Straits.

I cannot STAND Statos Quo. I don't see why people like them, each song has about three hords in it which just repeat over and over and over and over and...

I try and change the channel if they come on tv, but sometimes I fall asleep before I get the chance :D

Oh and, Queen. I love Dire Straights but Queen are just...Queen!

status Quo are Bland, Queen are ever-so (tiuny bitty bit) overrated. I'm plucking the Sultans of Swing for this one. . .although this poll does seem pretty limiting.

i only of heard Queen & Dire STraits, and Queen kicks Dire's , even though each have some great tunes.

Walk Of Life by Dire, to Queen and their great songs. i own 1 album of each band, and Queen's knocked Dire's off the shelf!! literaly, lol
