I woke up at my usual weekend time 12:00 in the afternoon  Had a bath, and just as I got out, my friend Meredith called me. She asked me how I was doing, and if I was sitting down, I replied, I am now. So I sat down.
Well, she told me that my aunt had died. From FED. We weren't really close, but my friend, her daughter is missing. I hope they found her by now.
She always had a smile on her face, and I was always making her laugh until she could take no more.
She was the one who gave me the Meat Loaf BOOH record (LP) She and I played Meat Loaf really loud and sang our hearts out the last time I visited.
The next time I was to visit, I was supposed to play her CHSIB, and we'd sing to that. Now, we will never have a chance. May God bless her, and her family.
As I hung up the phone, I played "For Crying Out Loud" --a song of rememberance. On my record player, on the very same LP she gave me. A very emotive experience. :(
