The interview is online for all to hear. Meats talks how he had fungal laryngitis which gave him bad vocals but he continued to play shows. Said he is now fine but couldnt speak for 5 days.
other news included that he will hopefully tour Canada April/Summer time.

I saw the interview this morning. He looks great and I am really glad to hear that he is considering touring Canada in April or May.

"Fungal laryngitis"? Eww, it sounds like he's been using some of those envelopes Dottie was warning us about ! 8O Just kidding! Actually, I did read that fungal laryngitis can often occur in asthmatics who use steroid inhalers long-term. Perhaps that could be contributing to it? Either way, I just wish him the best- his voice is a treasure for us all!

Exactly :) Is it just me, or does he get better looking every time I see him?

When I click on the link to get to the video of the interview, I get some Windows Media Player logo flying around for a few seconds (with the Play, stop controls and so on) but then it doesn't go any further.
When I try to press Play, the Window Media Player log comes up again but stops after a few seconds/
What can I do to fix it?

Shane,
Do you have the latest version of Media Player? Maybe your version is too old to play it. That has been the problem I've had with it before.
I've just finished watching the Canadian appearance twice in a row, and I also have to agree that he looks GREAT, maybe even better than he did last year. Whats up with that- how can he have so much illness in the last few months and still look good? I guess it does come down to what he said- he's a "badger", and you have to "kill him to make him go away"- I guess thats just another way of saying "you can just try to tear him down"- he has such a drive, not much can stop him, thank goodness!
